With the 2017 academic year in the City of Tshwane off the ground, many students will appreciate the comic relief to laugh at themselves after the hustles of registration and settling in the student City of Tshwane.

Headlined Homecoming Comedy the special show is billed for 11:00 and 14:00 on 3-4 March 2017 at the Drama Theatre, South African State Theatre.

As a Wits University graduate himself, Kedibone Mulaudzi knows all the hardships of being a student in a big City like Tshwane or Joburg and has a nag to tell your typical Jim come to town jokes to his unsuspecting audience.

But the master comedian is not a joke himself, having plied his comic trade over the last 13 years to both local and international audiences.

After all he has shared the stage with Chris Rock. His international experience includes performances in South Korea, London, Atlanta, Kenya, Tanzania and other SADC countries.

He has also performed for current and former South African presidents from Nelson Mandela to Jacob Zuma.

His mother calls him the funniest comedian on earth. His jokes are funny and universal. His topics are based on everyday life, childhood upbringing, observations and local and international current affairs. And both his supporting acts, Gavin Kelly and Thabo Mhlongo are equally hilarious.

So it`s seems it is going to be a weekend of fun and lots and lots of laughter. Don`t miss the inaugural Homecoming Comedy at a budget ticket price of R25 per student. Tickets at computicket or State Theatre ticket booth.
